DALLAS — The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are taking their hit Netflix show on the road, allowing their audience to help shape next season’s squad.
“America’s Sweethearts” will perform at venues across Texas to give fans a behind-the-scenes look at DCC auditions, according to a press release from the team. Along with performances from DCC cheerleaders, audience members will watch solo auditions and have the opportunity to send their one candidate straight to the final round of auditions.
Senior Director Kelli Finglass and Head Choreographer Judy Trammell will be on the road alongside cheerleaders performing a 100-minute show featuring routines like “Thunderstruck,” the release states.
Fans will also be treated to a live Q&A session where cheerleaders will open up about their personal journeys.
The show will come to five venues across the state in May, including:
- Saturday, May 24 – Dallas, TX – Music Hall at Fair Park
- Sunday, May 25 – San Antonio, TX – Majestic Theatre
- Tuesday, May 27 – Austin, TX – Paramount Theatre
- Thursday, May 29 – Midland, TX – Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center
- Saturday, May 31 – El Paso, TX – Abraham Chavez Theatre
Tickets go on sale March 28, presale tickets are available starting March 26, the release states.
The tour will also offer two VIP packages, with perks including a post-show meet and greet, an autographed poster and a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader merchandise kit.
