(CNN) – The U.S. is getting a financial boost from Hyundai.

On Monday, the South Korean carmaker announced a $20 billion investment into the U.S.

That includes $5 billion for a steel plant in Louisiana.

President Donald Trump says that steel will be sent to automobile plants in Alabama and Georgia.

Trump has already enacted 25% tariffs on aluminum and steel imports.

Levies on European and Asian autos are scheduled to start next month.
