However, some shoppers had issues with the TV, as one shopper complained: “I bought this HiSense TV mainly for app and streaming in general. Although the picture quality is great, the whole point of smart TVs is to use streaming apps on.
“In this respect, the TV is very poor and I’ve have to clear cache, reinstall, restart on a daily occurrence. I’m not even using WiFi, it’s fully cabled to the router so it’s not network issues.”
Another shopper wasn’t impressed by the display: “We returned this as the colour quality is poor. Contrast is poor and vibrancy of colours poor. There is also a blur. We ended up buying another TV.”
