PRINCETON, W.Va. –
A new and unique specialized business opens in Princeton today.
There was a ribbon cutting this morning for Colonial Appalachia LLC. They are a premier brokerage firm specializing in employer offered benefits. The twelve employees on staff work to oversee and manage employee driven benefits for large and small businesses.
Greg Martin, the agency development manager and Human Resources Director, tells us that their company, Colonial Appalachia, is manned by all local people for the benefit of our local people.
“So, we found it is important to do this in our own hometown because it’s tough of a community as can be as far as jobs and things like that, so we like to keep that in our home. We are all west Virginians, most of us Mercer County raised if not McDowell.
So, it’s benefits for West Virginians by West Virginians.”
Their office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm.
