Jennifer Lawrence is officially a mother of two.

After debuting her baby dump in October, the Oscar-winning actress welcomed her second child with husband Cooke Maroney.

The new baby joins the couple’s 3-year-old son Cy, but details about the sex, name and exact date of birth have not yet been disclosed.

Lawrence expressed her excitement about expanding her family, with a source telling People last fall that she was “thrilled to be pregnant again” and felt like it was “the perfect timing.”

Lawrence and Maroney tied the knot in 2019 and have remained private about their relationship and family life. But in a 2023 interview with Interview Magazine, Lawrence talked about her parenting style and how motherhood has changed her.

“I realized that my energy is more important to [my son] than anything else, she said. “So I’ve gotten a little bit more zen and a little bit more relaxed with getting photographed [by the paparazzi], because I don’t have a choice. … I don’t want him to inherit the anxiety and anger that I have.”

As for her work, Lawrence said that having children “definitely helps weed out projects” as she asks herself what’s truly “worth” being away from her family.

“Fortunately, my husband is the greatest father in the entire world,” she gushed. “So when I’m working, I don’t have any more guilt than the usual every day, all-day parent guilt.”

The actress currently has several projects in the works including Lynne Ramsay’s psychological thriller “Die, My Love,” Why Don’t You Love Me?” and the upcoming “Real Housewives”-inspired murder mystery “The Wives.”
