BLUEFIELD, W.Va. – The Day of Giving for Bluefield State University is approaching — April 9, 2025.
Keith Olson and Dr. Deirdre Guyton stopped by WVVA @ Noon with Joshua Bolden and Jeffrey Hoole to discuss how you, your friends and your family can support the institution.

2025 marks the Historically Black College and University’s 130th year since its founding and while leaders are grateful for any donation amount they are challenging alumni to donate $130 in tandem with the anniversary.
If you would like to donate, you may do so, at give.bluefieldstate.edu.
The donations contributed for the ‘Day of Giving’ are unearmarked and go toward day-to-day operations.
