Three children, the youngest just 10 months old, were found malnourished in deplorable living conditions inside a Brooklyn home — with one tied to a bed with a piece of fabric, cops said Wednesday.

The mother and her boyfriend were arrested for assault, child endangerment, and unlawful imprisonment.

A cousin of the mother called police after finding the children, a 3-year-old boy, a 6-year-old girl and a 10-month-old girl, inside the apartment on Linden St. near Irving Ave. in Bushwick about 11:50 a.m. Tuesday.

The 3-year-old boy’s wrist was tied to the bed, cops said.

Medics took the children to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where they were treated.

The mother, 25-year-old Kiana Messier and her boyfriend, 26-year-old Thomas Madera, were taken into custody within minutes of the discovery and charged.

Their arraignment in Brooklyn Criminal Court was pending Wednesday.

Messier lives in the Bronx but was staying with Madera in his apartment where the kids were found, cops said.

The city’s Administration for Children’s Services have launched an investigation into the matter, cops confirmed.
