A bogus doctor illegally performing plastic surgery butt procedures out of his Queens home left a client brain dead, officials said Tuesday.

Felipe Hoyos-Foronda, 38, was arrested Friday after medics were called to his home on 35th St. near 20th Road in Astoria for a botched procedure on a client looking to remove a butt implant, police sources said.

FDNY medics found the 31-year-old woman in cardiac arrest after she had been injected with lidocaine, commonly used in plastic surgery as a local anesthetic to numb specific areas. When first responders saw the makeshift doctor’s office in Hoyos-Foronda’s house they requested police respond to the scene. Hoyos-Foronda was not licensed to perform the procedures, cops say.

As medics rushed the woman to Mount Sinai Queens, Hoyos-Foronda sped off to JFK Airport, where his license plate was captured on the Van Wyck Expressway, according to police sources.

Officers from the Port Authority Police Department arrested him inside the airport after he had already passed through security, telling authorities he was a licensed doctor in Colombia, sources said.

According to prosecutors, the victim’s doctor believes she suffered lidocaine toxicity, a condition that occurs when excessive amounts of the anesthetic enter the bloodstream, leading to symptoms such as seizures, irregular heart rhythms and in severe cases, respiratory failure or cardiac arrest.

She remains intubated at the hospital, has no brain activity and is not expected to survive, prosecutors said.

Hoyos-Foronda was charged with assault and unauthorized practice of profession. He was ordered held without bail during his arraignment in Queens Criminal Court.

Hoyos-Foronda is believed to perform the shady surgeries in both New York and Miami. In a 2023 TikTok he advertised he charges up to $1,000 for the procedures, including Botox, lip injections and micro needling.

Cops released a photo of Hoyos-Foronda and asked any additional victims to come forward.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
