A 24-year-old man was shot and wounded in Brooklyn Friday afternoon, and cops are looking for one or possibly more shooters, police said.
Police received a 911 call about gunshots fired near Frost St. and Kingsland Ave. in East Williamsburg around 4:20 p.m., where they discovered multiple shell casings but did not find anyone who was hurt, cops said.
About 30 minutes later, a 24-year-old man showed up at Woodhull Hospital with a gunshot wound to his right hand and a graze wound on his stomach, police said.
There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing. A spokesperson said police are not sure at this point if there was a lone shooter or may have been more than one.
