CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – The City of Charleston has 21 new firefighters.
All 21 graduates completed 17 weeks of training.
“We became a real close brotherhood, and, you know, everybody was there for everybody. When somebody was falling behind, we would step in and we, we would push them through and make sure everybody went through,” Josh Davis, new to the Charleston Fire Department.
The new firefighters report to work on Sunday, September 1.
