HOUSTON — Houston businessman Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale on Saturday announced he’s in the hospital.
He posted a message about his current condition on social media.
“I’m down here at St. Luke’s Hospital in the emergency room having a little trouble with some cognitive things but I’m sure I’ll be alright because they have great doctors a the Texas Medical Center and I will be fine,” he said in the message.
McIngvale landed in the hospital with a stroke scare in June 2019. At the time, he said it was something he’s had to deal with throughout his life.
