Molly-Mae Hague has been working hard on a secret project for years, and despite keeping the details secret, some fans believe they have cracked the code.

The 25-year-old revealed she plans to go ahead with the launch despite her shock split from Tommy Fury last month, with the former Love Island star sharing in a recent YouTube video that it has been a welcome distraction.

‘It’s been bad timing with everything, but it’s also been kind of a blessing because it’s a huge distraction for me and it’s something that I can like plummet all my emotions into,’ she stated.

In the chatty clip, she also teased that the business venture will be confirmed on September 8, meaning we have just days to go, then on September 21, fans will then be able to shop or interact with whatever it is that she has been working on since 2022.

‘I’ve been non-stop working on it, near enough every single day,’ she said. ‘My heart and soul has gone into this project.’

Molly-Mae already has the fake tan brand, Filter, and so speculation has been rife about what the next project could possibly be.

The TikTok sleuths have seemingly figured out what Molly-Mae has planned for the world, and the woman herself approves of their investigations.

Account Girly Girl took to Companies House, and found the registered postcode for Filter by Molly-Mae, and then searched for businesses that shared the same address.

Among those listed was a registered business called Maebe Ltd, and when clicking for more information, they discovered it would be selling clothing and accessories.

This led the TikToker to an Instagram account currently in existence with the name, Maebestore, which already has a blue tick verification.

Although there is not yet a single post, it boasts over 63k followers and perhaps most tellingly of all, the account only follows one person – you guessed it, Molly-Mae.

Lifestyle Louella also reached a similar conclusion after doing her own snooping.

She found a Pinterest board entitled ‘Fresh Maebe Inspo’ which consists of clothing pictures. She also pointed out that Molly-Mae has not been tagging the brands she is wearing in a few Instagram posts – something we’ve been accustomed to getting from the star.

‘I think it’s going to be quality capsule pieces,’ Louella summarised.

When Louella went live on TikTok, Molly-Mae herself joined to commend her efforts in trying to figure out the mystery project.

She wrote ‘Enjoying the videos’ and kindly added: ‘Whatever it is… you’re going on the PR list.’

The brand name was also decoded with people spotting that the Mae is of course reference to her own moniker, and the Be, could be to honour her one-year-old daughter Bambi Fury.

Molly-Mae certainly has experience in the field – she was previously creative director at the fast fashion brand PrettyLittleThing, but stepped down from the role in 2023 after less than two years, as she wanted to focus on being a new mum.

The decision could have also allowed her to pursue a fashion project completely alone. Molly-Mae certainly has an audience to sell to – she currently boasts over 8 million followers on Instagram – and has previously proved her influencing ability. All she has to do is tag an item, and it’s sold out, in what some have dubbed the ‘Molly-Mae effect’.

One thing we do know is the girlies will be seated on September 8 when Molly-Mae unveils all.
