BLUEFIELD, Va. – The Bluefield Rams came into their home opener after a big win to start the season against Thomas University on August 30th. They looked to use that momentum Saturday against the University of Cumberlands.
It looked good to start for the Rams too, as Rayjuan Trynham scored a rushing TD midway through the first quarter to lead 6-0. Bluefield would go onto lead 9-7 at the half but allow 24 unanswered in the second half. Bluefield falls 31-9 to start the year 1-1.
