Persimmon West Scotland is celebrating a significant milestone for one of its most dedicated team members, Stephen Tamburini.

A forklift driver with the company, the East Kilbride man has recently marked 35 years of continuous service, a testament to his unwavering commitment and exceptional work ethic.

Stephen, 54, began his career with Persimmon West Scotland in 1989. Over the decades, he has played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of numerous construction projects across the West of Scotland.

Reflecting on his journey, Stephen said: “It’s been a privilege to be part of the Persimmon family for so many years.

“I’ve seen the company grow and evolve, and it’s been rewarding to contribute to building homes that make a difference to people’s lives.”

Michael McCarron, construction director at Persimmon West Scotland, praised Stephen’s dedication and contribution, saying: “Stephen’s commitment, reliability, and positive attitude have been invaluable to our team.

“We are incredibly grateful for his 35 years of service and look forward to many more years of his expertise and leadership on our sites.”
