BECKLEY, W.Va. – An event is coming to Beckley honoring breast cancer survivors, which will be hosted by Beckley ARH Hospital on Oct. 29 in Beckley.
The event will include a buffet lunch, and a Q&A session with several professionals including:
- ARH Cardiologist
- Oncologist
- Pulmonologist
- Women’s Health Provider
- General Surgeon
- Imaging Professional
The guest speaker for the event will be Melanie Overton, an RN, Director of the Beckley ARH Hospital Operating Room, and breast cancer survivor. In addition to lunch, guests will get survivors’ gift bags and will be registered for door prizes.
The event titled “Breast Friends”, will take place at Historic Black Knight Municipal Park on October 29 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
