But not every concoction is bound to be a winner with shoppers, and there’s one that’s currently dividing Cadbury fans.

A social media post about a Dairy Milk bar with a pink filling, that’s not commonly sold in the UK, has caused a stir online.

The chocolate bar, which is Pink Lemonade flavour, was shared on Instagram by @NewFoodsUK who claimed it was a ‘strange’ combination but that it ‘does indeed work well’.

The post shares a look at the packaging as well as the inside of the chocolate bar, which is filled with a gooey pink raspberry lemonade centre. While it might appear quite aesthetic, some weren’t sure how it would taste.

Despite the food blogger’s testimony, people weren’t totally convinced by the special edition flavour. Instagrammer @fozia.awan35 wrote: ‘Can’t deny, that sounds totally vile.’

@pnutty_uk commented: ‘Not sure about this one.’ And @booty2008 quipped: ‘Why does it look like a toe is hanging out of it???’

However, not everyone was opposed to giving it a try. One person, @loose.love.smile, proclaimed: ‘This looks sensational!’

Similarly @alisonbaldock.2 was excited by it, saying: ‘Ooo need to try this’. While @billy_jigsaw wrote: ‘Something I was hoping would be available in B&M’.

Those keen to try it or are just curious about it, don’t go running off to your local Tesco just yet. This is because the chocolate bar isn’t available in UK stores currently, but you can purchase it online if you were interested in trying it.

According to the Instagram page, it’s a sweet treat imported from the USA, and they ordered it from website World Snack UK which sells all sorts of things unavailable in the local corner shop.

While pink lemonade might be a hit or miss with Cadbury fans there are other rare pink chocolate bars that are loved by fans.

The most recent import has been spotted in B&M and it hails from Australia and New Zealand where it’s beloved by Cadbury fans.

Called ‘Pinky’ the chocolate bar is perfect for those who can’t resist the combination of chocolate and marshmallow, as it features a pink marshmallow and caramel, wrapped in milk chocolate.
