EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Dallas Cowboys star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb gave a young fan a moment of a lifetime after Thursday night’s primetime matchup against the New York Giants.
As Lamb was running into the tunnel to go back to the locker room, the fan was shouting his name and asking for his gloves.
Lamb stopped in his tracks and gave the fan his game-worn cleats instead. The heartwarming moment was caught on camera by WFAA’s Paul Melton and post to X by sports anchor/reporter Mike Leslie. The video has garnered more than six million views on X since it was posted Thursday night.
This was awesome. As CeeDee Lamb ran off the field, he heard a kid shouting his name and asking for his gloves.CeeDee did him one better, stopping to take off his cleats and give them to the kid. And he made sure the kid got them, jumping up to hand them off time & again. pic.twitter.com/c4jsFimCMT
