It’s time to go back to the pods as ‘Love Is Blind’ returns to Netflix this week.
The official trailer for the upcoming seventh season teases that, while some couples are eagerly growing their connections this season, others will face “uncertainty” about their romance.

What’s the location for season 7?
This season takes place at the nation’s capital, Washington D.C. In the teaser, the DMV contestants shared their thoughts on the local dating scene and their experiences seeking romance in the city.
Who is in the ‘Love Is Blind’ cast?
The lineup of contestants includes 14 men and 15 women between the ages of 27 and 37 from a variety of backgrounds and interests.
In the “Meet the Cast” video released ahead of the season, Netflix introduced the D.C.-based group, which includes a set of sisters for the first time, Tara and Nina Zafar.
Nina, whose bio on X says she does “all things social media” at the Washington Post, and her younger sister Tara will be competing for dates with the same men.
The new crop of singles seems clear about what they’re looking for in a relationship.
“I want someone that remembers the things that I like or don’t like and considers my feelings,” 32-year-old Nina explained, while Nick, 29, said he doesn’t “want someone who’s gonna kind of latch onto me.”
Who hosts ‘Love Is Blind’?
Nick and Vanessa Lachey are back as the hosts of the dating series. The couple has hosted the show since its debut in 2020.
When does it air?
‘Love Is Blind’ season 7 premieres on Wednesday October 2 on Netflix. The 12 episodes will be released in batches over a period of four weeks. The release schedule is as follows:
