Beer took to the airwaves back in 2021 to talk people through gadgets that could help them save on their energy bills while staying warm. She said the gadget could “save your life” if you have a lot of shoes in your home. Describing how they’ll give you “gorgeous and dry” shoes, she also gushed about how they could go in “gloves, socks, anything”.

These are a pair of handy wired warmers, which you can simply slip into your shoes or boots and turn on for a quick-drying effect. There’s a timer mode and also deep flame-retardant treatments to make them fire-resistant and energy-efficient.
