The Texas Department of Transportation has a hazmat team on the scene.

CEDAR PARK, Texas — Traffic has been reduced to one lane as crews work to clean up an oil spill on RM 1431 in Cedar Park on Wednesday afternoon.

Around 4:30 p.m., the Cedar Park Police Department said there was a spill along lanes on RM 1431 from Anderson Mill Road to U.S. 183. Traffic is down to one lane eastbound.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has a hazmat team on the scene.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area and expect delays.
