Irish rave artist blk. is gearing up for a stint of UK and European tour dates, and is making an appearance in Scotland.

The techno superstar will perform two shows in October in Edinburgh, as well as a post-Christmas show in Glasgow.

The young artist has been packing clubs in the UK and Europe since his debut and will attract ravers and dance enthusiasts to his stadium shows in Scotland. Here’s everything you need to know about securing tickets for blk.

When is blk. coming to Glasgow?

The artist is set to perform in Glasgow on Friday, December 27. The show will take place at the OVO Hydro from 4:00pm until 10:30pm.

It is blk.’s final show in 2024, following several shows in the UK and the Netherlands. He will be joined by a lineup of other rave artists throughout the night.

Event timings for the full Glasgow lineup will be released approximately three days prior to the day of the event, according to OVO Hydro.

Where is blk. playing in Scotland?

In addition to the Glasgow show, blk. will perform two shows in Edinburgh in October on Friday 25 and Saturday 26.

The performances will take place at the Royal Highland Centre. Each show will host around 10,000 techno lovers for the special Halloween-themed raves. Blk. will be one of a lineup of other rave artists.

The Friday show begins at 6:00pm with last entry at 9:00pm, concluding at 3:00am. On Saturday, the performance starts at 3:00pm with last entry at 7:00pm, ending at 3:00am.

When do blk. tickets go on sale?

Glasgow

The first round of tickets for the Glasgow show go on sale on Friday, October 11. Prices start at £56.50 on Skiddle.

If you are unable to secure tickets in the first release, the website shows two more ticket releases at slightly higher prices. Tickets sell for £62.50 in the second release.

Edinburgh

Tickets are already on sale for the two Edinburgh shows. Prices are £78.69 for Friday tickets. While tickets for the Saturday show were sold out as of 3:00pm on October 3, weekend tickets for both shows were still available for £146.19.

The website indicated that tickets were “selling quickly” as of 3:00pm on Thursday.
