Outlander fans have admitted they’re more than a little nervous about what’s coming next for Claire (played by Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) when the series returns.

With less than two months to go before the series returns on Starz, viewers have been given a thrilling update on the show’s official Instagram page.

The episode titles for the next eight chapters of season seven have finally been revealed, and there are some tantalising hints for what’s in store for the Fraser clan. But, some of the titles have also given viewers pause.

Outlander’s season seven, part two episodes are titled:

Richard Rankin as Roger Mackenzie
Roger heads back to the past to rescue his and Brianna’s son

9. Unfinished Business

10. Brotherly Love

11. A Hundredweight of Stones

12. Carnal Knowledge

13. Hello, Goodbye

14. Ye Dinna Get Used to It

15. Written in My Own Heart’s Blood

16. A Hundred Thousand Angels

Based on the books by Diana Gabaldon, Outlander’s TV adaptation can’t feature each and every scene from the original novels. However, these titles have given readers some clues about what’s included in the eagerly awaited second half of the season.

One concerned viewer replied: “I just don’t know if this season it’s gonna end, or end ME, honestly.”

A second exclaimed: “AHHHHHHH!!!!!! I dunno but that “Hello, Goodbye” is definitely making me nervous.”

While another teased: “Carnal knowledge…!! All the book readers know what this means!! Gah!”

“Omg. I’m so scared about how this show goes forward,” admitted someone else.

Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan
Claire and Jamie will return to screens in November

“I want a happy ending for Jamie & claire reunited with Brianna (Sophie Skelton) & Roger (Richard Rankin).”

“Book readers freaking out over Carnal Knowledge,” a fifth book fan said, adding a crying laughter emoji.

And a final fan warned: “After seeing the episode titles I don’t think we are prepared for what is about to happen.”

While specific details are being kept under wraps for now, the next half of the season will pick up after Claire, Jamie and Young Ian Murray (John Bell) made it back to Scotland.

Meanwhile, Brianna was left behind in the 1980s after her husband Roger and William ‘Buck’ MacKenzie (Diarmaid Murtagh) pursued their kidnapped son back into the past.

The titles have also confirmed Diana’s eighth novel, Written in My Own Heart’s Blood, will be at least partly adapted, so there will be plenty to keep readers and viewers alike satisfied with the new episodes.

Outlander season seven part two premieres on Friday, November 22, on MGM+ via Prime Video in the UK and on Starz in the US.
