BLUEFIELD, W.Va. – WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital held a Community Health Fair Saturday at Mercer Mall.

This is the second health fair that PCH has held in Mercer County.

The event was to education the community on how to live a healthy lifestyle and provide free or low-cost health screenings.

The Marketing Director for Princeton Community Hospital says this event brings information to the community while providing free resources.

“Not only do we see people when they’re not feeling their best, but it is part of our mission to make sure that people understand how to protect their health and how to be healthy,” said Stalzer.

Mercer Mall let doctors and nurses use an empty store front to perform screening for dozens of patients.
