FAIRMONT, W.Va (WDTV) – A Marion County teacher was indicted Monday on sex charges in the October term of the grand jury.
Ernest Yeager, 34, of Mannington, was one of 23 people indicted Monday, according to the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Yeager is indicted on three counts – soliciting a minor via computer and traveling to engage minor in sexual activity; prohibiting sexual intercourse, sexual intrusion or sexual contact against students by school employees; and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in position of trust to a child.
In May, Yeager was arrested and charged with sexual abuse.
