A Brooklyn woman and her 6-year-old daughter were assaulted by a man who grabbed the mom in a headlock and repeatedly kissed her, police said Thursday.

A bystander who saw the freakish ambush called police, and officers arrested Hamady Diallo, 35, at the scene on E. 40th St. and Lenox Road in East Flatbush.

Diallo, who has no prior arrests, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Both the mom and her little girl were treated at Downstate Medical Center — just three blocks away — for bumps and bruises, including to the women’s neck.

The bizarre attack happened 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, when the suspect allegedly went right up to the woman while she was walking with her daughter.

He then grabbed the mom by her shirt, and when she tried to pull away, Hamady got a hold of the little girl by her arm, police said.

The fearless mom fought back, police said, but fell to the ground during the struggle, at which point Hamady grabbed her in a headlock and kissed her a number of times.
