WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. (WSAZ) – On Tuesday, the Justice family announced it has fulfilled its financial obligations to Beltway Capital.

An auction notice for the luxury resort The Greenbrier Resort near White Sulphur Springs was announced in August in a public legal notice.

As a result of the payment in full, the auction sale of The Greenbrier Resort scheduled for October 25, 2024 has been cancelled

“Justices made all required payments well in advance of their due dates under the settlement agreement,” the statement from the Justice family read. “Having completed this process, the Justices will be in a position to provide extended stability for The Greenbrier’s operations, enabling continued investment in the resort’s facilities and services. The Justice family remains committed to upholding the legacy of The Greenbrier as a premier destination for guests from around the world.”
