A Place In The Sun is set to return for another series.

Channel 4 has announced that brand-new episodes of the popular show will be hitting our screens as soon as next month. Property hunters will be setting presenters Laura Hamilton, Lee Juggurnauth, Craig Rowe, Jasmine Harman, Leah Charles-King, Jean Johansson and Ben Hillman some hefty challenges – finding their dream homes while sticking to a budget.

Each instalment will follow one presenter as they jet off to locations in France, Spain and Portugal on a mission to find the ideal property for their clients. Other destinations include Greece, Cyprus and Italy.

In the opening episode, Laura Hamilton will assist Fran and Noel in trading their Shoreham-by-Sea summers for the sun-soaked landscapes of Andalucia’s Pueblos Blancos.

The couple are on the hunt for an idyllic Spanish holiday home that can accommodate them and their two dogs, Ebony and Charity. With £100,000 at their disposal, can Laura help them secure their dream property?, reports the Mirror.

Meanwhile, Lee Juggernauth will be venturing to Southern Valencia in Spain to aid Carol and David. The Hertfordshire-based couple have been frequenting Spain for two decades and now wish to make it official by purchasing their own holiday home in their beloved location. Having sold their house to finance their vacation residence, the stakes are high!

Armed with a budget of £225,000, Lee has some promising prospects for the pair – but will they approve of his property picks?

In another instalment, Craig Rowe jets off to the Canary Islands to help Bridget and Rob find their dream property. The couple, who have dedicated their lives to their children, their work and fostering, are now seeking a sunny retreat for some much-needed winter warmth! With a budget of £160,000, will they secure their ideal home?

A Place In The Sun is a hit with viewers and is set to celebrate 20 years of its live show in 2025. The A Place In The Sun Live tour will be making stops in Bristol in early February, Manchester in early March, London’s Excel in May, Birmingham’s NEC in September and Dublin in October.

Tune into all-new A Place in the Sun from Monday 4th November on Channel 4.
