The Elizabeth Street Garden dodged a bullet this week in receiving a two-week stay of its planned eviction Thursday, continuing a legal battle to block the construction of a planned building with 123 units of affordable senior housing. Its supporters are taking a victory lap, but hopefully it’ll be a short-lived one.
