Aldi is launching a £7 item that you usually find in celebrity homes, including Love Island’s Molly-Mae Hague. Even the likes of elusive street artist Banksy has gotten in on the trendy item.

From October 24, shoppers can get their hands on Aldi’s DIY Marble Bear Kit. The kit is ideal for mums and dads looking for a stocking filler present or something to keep their kids busy during the half term.

The DIY kit could also be used to produce a unique and ‘expensive-looking’ ornament for your home. Aldi’s kit costs £6.99 and has been inspired by the celeb-loved Bearbrick sculptures, meaning shoppers can now create their own custom bear figurine for a fraction of the price they’d usually cost.

The budget supermarket’s Marble Bear kit offers a stylish alternative to the pricey designer versions. At Selfridges, you can buy BE@RBRICK’s Banksy X Brandalised Highwayman figure, but it will cost you £645.

By opting for Aldi’s version, shoppers can save themselves over £600 on the latest celeb trend, while creating a personalised statement piece for the home. There are various colour options to choose from too.

Customers can pick from a vibrant metallic option or one that comes with neon paints. The kit allows shoppers to get creative with fun pouring techniques to design a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Plus, the exact same kit that’s going on sale at Aldi next week is also available on Amazon for a slightly higher price of £12.99. So by buying it at Aldi, even more savings can be made.

An Aldi spokesperson says: “Ready to create a family heirloom, a gift for a friend, or as a fun activity for little ones on a rainy day? The new Marble Bear Kit (£6.99) includes an easy-to-use DIY paint kit and adorable bear to get creative with – ideal for both experienced artists and novice painters.”

But those wanting to style homes with this celeb favourite better act fast because as with all Specialbuys, once they’re gone, they’re gone.
