Playboy model and former TV star Veronika Murashkina has died aged 31.
The Russian Bachelor star died from lung disease, while awaiting a transplant, it’s been reported.
Local news outlets stated she died on Thursday, October 18.
The glamour model is said to have developed a life-threatening disease after a horror car crash in 2020.
Following the accident, Murashkina was left bedridden and with a badly injured leg.
Her immune system also weakened, and she developed lung disease.
According to The Sun, Murashkina’s friend said: ‘After the serious accident, her leg was literally put back together piece by piece.
‘She was treated for a long time, stayed in clinics and recovered.
‘It seemed that her troubles were finally in the past, but then a new one came when the lung disease hit her.
‘Veronika was on the waiting list for a transplant, but she did not live to see it.’
Murashkina rose to fame on the fifth season of Russia’s The Bachelor in 2017.
