(Gray News) – If you’re looking for a home, you can now buy one from Walmart.
Walmart is selling a tiny home online for $15,900. The home is 19-by-20 feet, is delivered by a flatbed truck and requires a forklift or crane to unload it, according to the listing.
The tiny home has space for a bedroom, living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen, but comes unfurnished and without appliances.
It is important to note that the item‘s description recommends pouring concrete on the tiny home’s legs to increase stability. The purchaser will also need land for the tiny house, as well as account for the costs of getting a forklift or crane, adding appliances and furnishing the home.
