AUSTIN, Texas — At least four people are injured after a car reportedly hit several pedestrians and a food truck, which then caught fire, in southeast Austin on Tuesday.
The incident happened at 2538 Elmont Drive, near South Pleasant Valley Road and South Lakeshore Boulevard, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.
As of around 5:30 p.m., ATCEMS said medics were on the scene along with Austin Fire Department crews.
AFD said the fire was out as of 5:45 p.m.

The public has been asked to avoid the area of Elmont Drive and South Pleasant Valley Road.
