Philippe Clement has received an injury boost with Ridvan Yilmaz returning to Rangers training.

Pressure has been mounting on the Belgian boss after the Scottish Premiership defeat to Kilmarnock but he will now look to get his Ibrox plan back on track in the Europa League clash with Steaua Bucharest on Thursday night – and it looks like Yilmaz will be available for selection for the first time since August. The 23-year-old hasn’t featured for Rangers since the second leg of their Champions League qualification defeat to Dynamo Kyiv.

He was spotted being put through his paces by Clement and the coaching team at Auchenhowie before matchday three of the league phase. The Turkey international will be hoping to challenge Jefte for a starting spot in the line-up against the Romanian side.
