It’s that time of the year again as Celtic shareholders get the chance to gather in their numbers and grill the club’s board on a number of key topics at the annual AGM.

The club have rubber stamped the date that the annual general meeting will take place and shareholders have been invited along to the meeting with the chance to put their questions to the top brass at the club. Topics are likely to vary from the issues surrounding pyrotechnics at games and behaviour in Europe with the Hoops on the UEFA charge sheet once again. They now have a suspended fan ban hanging over them. Other key areas such as transfer activity, future recruitment and plans for the year ahead are likely to feature in the all-action gathering. The likes of boss Brendan Rodgers, Peter Lawwell and Michael Nicholson will be present.

When is Celtic’s AGM?

Celtic’s AGM will take place on Friday November 22, 2024. It will get underway at 10.30am.

Who can attend the AGM?

Celtic shareholders are invited to attend and vote at the annual general meeting. It takes place at Celtic Park.

How many resolutions are on the table?

Resolutions 1 to 8 will will be proposed as ordinary resolutions. Resolution 9 will be proposed as a special recognition.

These include annual reports and accounts and the reappointment of the likes of Michael Nicholson and Peter Lawwell.
