Muniz, who started racing in 2004, said “This has been a dream of mine forever.”

He said he grew up watching NASCAR but never thought he would ever have the opportunity to be a NASCAR driver.

The 2025 Craftsman Truck Series Series kicks off on Feb. 2, 2025, at Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The series ends with the NASCAR Cup Series Championship on Nov. 2, 2025, at the Phoenix Raceway in Avondale, Arizona.

In 2023, Muniz competed in the ARCA Menards Series where he collected one top-five finish and 11 top-ten finishes, culminating in a fourth-place points finish at the end of the year. He also joined the Ford Performance that year and competed in limited races in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the Mustang Challenge Series.

Muniz, who started acting as a child, said that right now, his focus is being a race car driver.
