Former Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos has been arrested after reportedly leaving a victim fighting for his life after driving while being twice the drink drive limit.

The 28-year-is playing for Atletico Nacional in his native Colombia where is on loan from Brazilian side Santos.

Morelos had a torrid time in Brazil after ending his five-year Ibrox love affair but reports and footage from Colombia show the damage to his vehicle.

And the report states: “Atletico Nacional’s striker, Alfredo Morelos, was driving drunk when he ran over a motorcyclist o the Medelin-Airport road. The local police confirmed that he was arrested with a blood alcohol level of 2. The victim is fighting for his life.”
