Katie Price has sparked interest after being spotted with a pram, following her announcement of ‘twins’ arrival.
The 46-year-old former glamour model was seen in London, in pictures obtained by the Mirror, wearing a black crop top, despite the chilly weather.
Earlier, she had taken to social media to share news of welcoming “twins”, having been quite open about her desire for more children and considering IVF.
Although one baby was seen in pink and another in grey, Price did not reveal their identity, leading to speculation about who they might be, especially since Katie’s sister Sophie is only expecting a single baby girl.
Interestingly enough, Katie wasn’t actually accompanied by a baby but was instead pushing her £800 Sphynx cat, Daisy, in a pram. This comes after animal rights group PETA offered her £5,000 to refrain from buying more pets due to previous pet tragedies under her care.
Price was photographed navigating London’s streets, pushing Daisy in a bright pink PawHut pram, priced at about £52.99. Additionally, it appeared that she chose her outfit to match the pram; she wore a vibrant pink jacket, flaunting her inked and gym-honed midsection with a matching black crop-top and workout leggings.
Katie recently splashed out on a hairless cat, despite her ongoing financial troubles. In her care, an unfortunate string of pet tragedies have occurred, with eight of her animals dying in various incidents – from being hit by cars to crushing accidents involving electric chairs, reports the Mirror.
Her ill-fated past with pets was highlighted last June when Blade, her German Shepherd, was struck by a vehicle on the A24 near Katie’s East Sussex home. She shared her heartbreak over the incident on Instagram: “Words can’t express the lost of my best friend my protector my absolutely everything who had sadly passed away today. I have no words to say how I’m feeling but numb and shocked rip Blade.”
The TV personality later suggested that the death of her guard dog might have been a deliberate act, describing it as a ‘sick’ attack.
This tragedy came six months after one of her Pomeranians fell victim to a traffic accident on the same road, and her Alsatian Queenie met a similar fate purportedly by a pizza delivery driver.
Founder of PETA, Ingrid Newkirk, remarked to the Sun: “If there was a way to file an injunction to stop this serial animal killer, PETA would do so, as this woman doesn’t care about the lives she wastes or listen to vital advice and is still treating live animals like stuffed toys: as disposable. If William Hill took totally tasteless bets, the odds would favour those betting on how little time this kitten has on Earth, given the hideous track record of animal deaths in Price’s custody. No one could call it ‘care’.”
Furthermore, the publication indicates that the cost of the kitten was £800, and Newkirk went on to note that their offer remains open, pressing the mother-of-five to accept it with her organisation “implores” her to do so. The news comes amid concerns from followers about her dramatically diminishing figure; Katie has lost a noticeable amount of weight recently.
In early March, she hopped on her social media to flaunt a bold red blouse featuring leopard print detailing from JYY London, teamed only with cowboy boots and a grin. Following this, she shared a video where she sashays through a car park holding a silver handbag, captioning it: “Last night. Outfit from @jyyldn ad.”
Fans expressed their worries for Katie after the recent images surfaced, with one commenting: “I didn’t want to post negativity, but actually concerned she looks unwell.”
Another questioned: “What’s happened to her legs? ” while a third shared a broken-hearted emoji and wrote: “Oh Katie, this breaks my heart. Where are the people meant to be looking out for her? ” However, some fans defended her, with a comment reading: “The level of cruelty and lack of humanity in these comments is genuinely shocking. What happened to us? ”
In response to concerns about her weight loss, a spokesperson for Katie told MailOnline: “Katie has always been tiny and she’s recently been enjoying going to the gym more and getting herself into a routine with exercise etc which has beneficial for her overall well being.”
The celebrity made headlines in September when she debuted her summer facelift results. Known for her multiple cosmetic procedures, Katie informed her surgeon in Turkey that “the Pricey was finally happy now” following her latest operation.
Concerns grew among her followers when she disclosed difficulties with her vision post-surgery. The mother-of-five had travelled to Turkey for her sixth facelift and dental work, a trip that coincided with an arrest due to missing a bankruptcy court hearing back in the UK.
