A woman has been rushed to hospital after being involved in a car crash on a Scots road yesterday evening. The incident took place in Glasgow.
The collision occurred on the city’s Dumbarton Road at about 6.30pm. The emergency services descended on the scene following reports of the crash.
Glasgow Live reports the woman was taken to hospital to be ‘checked over’ by medics and that her condition is unknown. Images from the scene show multiple ambulance and police vehicles at the corner of Yoker and Kingsway.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.30pm on Friday, 25 October, 2024, we were called to a road crash on Dumbarton Road, Glasgow. The woman was taken to hospital to be checked over.”
