PIPESTEM, W.Va. -Runners got in the fall and Halloween spirit today at Pipestem State Park.
This year’s Pipestem Pumpkin Run returned for the 48th consecutive year organized by the Southern West Virginia Road Runners Club.
The event featured a 10-thousand-meter run, 5-thousand-meter run, 5-thousand-meter walk, and 100-meter-fun run.
The overall winners for male and female of the costume contest were awarded a free overnight stay at the Pipestem Resort, 2nd place received a $50 gift certificate, and 3rd place received a $30 gift certificate.
