Following their return to television on Tuesday (October 29) with the new series Beyond Chelsea, Binky Felstead, Lucy Watson, and Rosie Fortescue are poised to reap significant financial rewards.
The trio, formerly of Made in Chelsea, are now navigating the challenges of motherhood, marriage, and entrepreneurship, offering fans a glimpse into their lives after the show.
According to PR expert Lynn Carratt, the three women could potentially earn up to £1 million in brand deals following the airing of the show.
Speaking on behalf of Slingo, Lynn, who is the head of talent at Press Box PR, stated: “All three of the girls could make in excess of £250,000 in brand deals off the back of the show.
“Combined, it could well be over a million. There is also a chance that if this two-parter does well, it could turn into a new full series and rebirth their TV careers”, reports the Mirror.
“Rosie, Lucy and Binky will also have been drawn by nostalgia, reflecting on the good times they had in the past when their lives were less complicated. This nostalgic pull also resonates with viewers, reminding them of their own happy memories.
“When stars return to past TV shows, or a spin-off in this case. It is guaranteed to boost their media presence and lead to lucrative brand deals as their popularity grows.
“The show is opening up a whole new world for viewers and Rosie, Lucy and Binky will also set the record straight on things on iconic and controversial moments from the past,” Lynn concluded.
In the opening episode, an emotional Binky disclosed details about her mother Jane Felstead’s MS diagnosis and their adjustment to the changed circumstances.
Multiple sclerosis is a lifelong autoimmune condition that results in damage to the nerves in the brain and spinal cord, leading to various symptoms such as vision issues, numbness, fatigue, problems with bladder and bowel control, and difficulties with cognitive functions.
Speaking candidly to the camera, Binky said: “I haven’t got to grips with the new relationship yet, the dynamics change so much so when she comes over, she’s like another child again.
“She needs help with cutting her food, she can’t go to the loo on her own, she can’t do anything on her own anymore. It’s a huge amount of change.”
Lynn was speaking on behalf of Slingo. Beyond Chelsea continues next Tuesday at 10:25pm on E4 and 4OD.
