Married At First Sight UK is arguably one of Channel 4’s hit reality TV shows and the new series has been filled with drama, heartbreak and a whole lot of love.
Relationship experts Mel Schilling, Charlene Douglas and Paul C Brunson have been offering their advice to a host of brand new singletons marrying a stranger on TV.
Viewers watching at home welcomed brides Holly, Eve, Charlie, Emma, Polly, Sacha, Lacey, Kristina, Richelle, Hannah, Amy and Sionainn to the show, alongside husbands Alex, Caspar, Adam, Ross, Nathan, Orson, Kieran, Ryan, Stephen and Luke.
A number of couples seem to be going from strength to strength as they continue to explore their relationship however it hasn’t been smooth sailing for some from wife-swapping allegations, split rumours and cheating allegations.
As the show continues, many of us have been wondering whether any of these MAFS UK couples are currently in a relationship, or if their marriages are already over.
Polly and Adam- Unknown
Polly and Adam’s marriage didn’t get off to the best of starts when the groom admitted that his new wife wasn’t his ‘usual type’.
Revealing that he’s normally attracted to ‘unreal brunettes’, Polly was left in tears when she found out how her new husband felt.
However the pair decided to stay in the experiment but Adam’s attraction to Polly has been a sticky point in their relationship. The pair have continued to bicker but they have also had some sweet moments together.
As the series is still airing, it is currently unknown whether Adam and Polly are still together, however it is likely the bride and groom will comment on their relationship status after their final scenes on the show have aired.
At the time of writing these two do follow each other on Instagram, meaning things might be positive between Polly and Adam. The pair have also opened up about their recent weight loss, with both bride and groom losing over two stone!
Richelle and Orson- Not together
Orson and Richelle saw sparks fly on their wedding day, as the pair continued to bond as the ceremony continued. However things seem to have shifted and the pair have continued to clash throughout the series.
Viewers recently saw that Orson became involved in a cheating scandal with bride Hannah, leading him and Richelle to end their relationship in dramatic fashion at their last commitment ceremony.
Richelle also took to her Instagram comments and suggested that Orson is involved in a ‘recoupling’ situation on the show, however her comments were swiftly turned off following the post.
Caspar and Emma- Not together
Caspar and Emma unfortunately didn’t get off to a good start and things haven’t got any better. The groom admitted he wasn’t attracted to Emma, after he noticed striking similarities between his new wife and his sister.
Things later took a turn for the worse when caspar said he didn’t find Emma attractive in her bikini. The bride was shocked by his thoughts, putting their marriage in jeopardy.
They have continued to work on their marriage and Emma has even publicly defended Caspar after he received heat online for his comments.
However it wasn’t meant to be with these two as they chose to leave the experiment after weeks of trying to make their marriage work.
Kristina and Kieran- Unknown
Golden couple Kieran and Kristina had a connection from the moment they met. Fans were unsure on how the bride would react to her groom, after he decided to play a practical joke on her and put fake teeth in his mouth.
Luckily Kristina found this hilarious but their relationship has since hit a wall when Kieran revealed he may not be able to be in a partnership with someone who has PMDD.
Things continued to go downhill during couple-swap week which saw Kieran compare his wife to his ex-girlfriend. It is currently unknown whether the couple are still together or not. However the pair do follow each other on Instagram.
Eve and Charlie- Not together
Charlie and Eve found an instant spark on their wedding day. However it didn’t take long for things to quickly change.
After a negative time on the show, Eve and Charlie both decided to leave the experiment and since leaving, Charlie appears to be in a new relationship, while Eve appears to be living her best single life.
Alex and Holly- Not together
At first Alex and Holly were over the moon when they first met at the aisle. Despite Holly having two children,the pair were off to a good start however that all changed and they clashed throughout the whole series.
When the show began the pair did follow each other on Instagram however shortly after the pair’s massive argument they quickly unfollowed the other and have been seen arguing with each other in their comment sections.
Nathan and Lacey- Unknown
Things got off to an awkward start with Nathan and Lacey, after the groom mistook the bride’s sister for his wife.
At first, Lacey was slightly put off by Nathan’s reaction when she told him of her fear of driving and an awkward moment when Nathan accidentally offended Lacey’s mum.
However things have turned around and their relationship has been nothing but positive. Fans will have to continue watching MAFS UK to see how their relationship unfolds.
Ross and Sacha- Unknown
Ross and Sacha got off to a positive start and while Sacha was concerned her celibacy would chase her husband away, Ross was still keen to get to know his wife.
sparks continue to fly and viewers will have to wait and watch to see how their relationship turns out.
However they do not follow each other on Instagram and reports have also come out suggesting Ross is now seeing someone new after he left flirty messages for her on social media!
Luke and Amy- Unknown
As the first late arrivals on the show, Amy and Luke had a slightly awkward start to their marriage, with Amy getting the ‘ick’ however they quickly moved past this and began to work on their connection.
What isn’t clear at the current moment is if these two are still together or not, however they do follow each other on Instagram and often leave sweet messages for their spouse in their comment sections.
Hannah and Stephen- Not together
Another late arrival Stephen and Hannah saw sparks fly when they met for the first time.
However things took a turn shortly after when Hannah ‘threatened’ to reveal Stephen’s family secret on camera, leading to the pair bickering even more.
Later on Hannah had ‘flirted’ with Ryan and Orson, leading to a very awkward retreat meeting.
After her kiss with Orson became public, Stephen and Hannah chose to leave the experiment during a fiery commitment ceremony.
It has now been revealed that Hannah and Ryan enter the reunion as a couple, leaving their fellow castmates stunned.
Ryan and Sionainn- Not together
Ryan and Sionainn were the third surprise couple to get married on MAFS UK.
Things started off well between these two, however the pair currently do not follow each other on Instagram, suggesting that they may not be in a positive place in their relationship.
Viewers were stunned when the pair revealed they had an argument off-camera which resulted in the pair quitting the show and leaving their relationship.
