BLUEFIELD, W.Va. – A Princeton man was sentenced on three counts of 3rd degree sexual assault, according to a press release from the Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney.
71-year-old Alan Andrew Brooks was sentenced to the maximum 15 years in prison for sexually assaulting a child from 1984-1987.
Brooks pled guilty on August 26 to three counts of 3rd degree sexual assault.
