A young woman has been charged after cannabis worth around £100,000 was found in a raid in Cambuslang.
At around 6.50pm on Friday, November 1, officers acting under warrant searched a premises on Quarry Avenue.
A quantity of controlled drugs, believed to be herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of £100,000, was recovered.
A 24-year-old woman has been arrested and charged in connection with the find.
Police say she has been released on an undertaking and is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date.
A spokesperson said: “A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
