In a candid video that’s been doing the rounds online, he reveals he’s on the lookout for staff to join him next summer, emphasising the need for applicants to possess the right attributes.
During his appeal, Frank said it’s surprisingly tough to find ideal candidates because it takes particular traits to handle the pace and vibe of these party destinations. Candidly, he pointed out that what’s essential is that they are “genuine and honest”.

Delving deeper into the matter, Frank said: “The right people are people who are genuine, honest, reliable, decent and trustworthy. The rest you can learn, and it really is that simple.
“You can learn how to do the job, but you can’t learn how to be a good-hearted, decent person. The problem is, there’s so many people out there mate, and they don’t fit that bill.
“I’m looking for DJs, I’m looking for bar staff, I’m looking for floor staff, I’m looking for security, I’m looking for everything. Anyone that’s really decent, I’ll give them an opportunity.”
