An appeal has been launched after a man was assaulted in Kilmarnock last night (Tuesday, November 5).
A 20-year-old man was attacked by three men wearing dark clothes on Welbeck Street at around 5.15pm.
The victim did not require hospital treatment following the incident but police are keen to speak to anyone who may have any information.
Detective Sergeant Keith Hyndes said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed anything to contact us.
“We also ask anyone driving in the area at the time with dashcam footage to contact us.”
