Liam Payne’s opulent mansion has hit the rental market nearly one month following his untimely passing.

The 31-year-old met a tragic end after falling from the balcony of his hotel room on the third floor in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The celebrity suffered multiple traumas, resulting in an “internal and external haemorrhage”. Before their trip to Argentina, Liam and his partner Kate Cassidy had relocated to a luxurious Florida residence, incurring a cost close to $10,000 monthly.

During the summer, the couple agreed to a short-term lease for the property. The duo allowed followers glimpses of their living space through posts on Snapchat and Instagram.

Yet, current reports indicate that the five-bedroom house located in Wellington, South Florida, is now on offer for rent at the significant sum of $9,950 each month, as noted by TMZ.

A month prior to his sad departure, Liam had shown fans around his newly-acquired Spanish-style mansion, complete with a grand entrance that opens to a gourmet kitchen—ideal for hosting social events.

Their home tour included views of a generous saltwater pool featuring a waterfall, providing solace in the scorching Floridian weather. Moreover, for more secluded sunbathing, there was a balcony across from the main entrance, reports the Mirror.

Their residence is nestled within a gated community, surrounded by palm trees and boasts access to a clubhouse on the plush estate, complete with a gym, spa, and tennis courts. Kate, shortly after settling into their new abode, invited her followers for a virtual tour of the property.

She took to TikTok, standing before a palm tree at the entrance, and shared: “I’m always doing little hotel tours – and we just moved so I figured I’d do a mini house tour.”

She then showcased the living room, adorned with mustard-coloured sofas, wooden tables, decorative pieces, and candles, remarking: “Honestly this is kinda fun… welcome to the house.”

While they were still unpacking, she found the experience “super fun” and highlighted the staircase leading upstairs. The house features a second living room which offers a more relaxed, evening atmosphere, with Kate noting: “Living room number 2… Which a little darker and a more nighttime vibe… If you want sun and your cup of coffee in the morning living room number one is your place to be.”

Kate had just returned from Florida four days prior to her son Liam’s tragic fall that led to his death. She admitted to her followers that she “hated” being stationary for extended periods and initially intended to spend only five days in South America; however, the trip unexpectedly lasted two weeks.

Speaking to her fans, she said: “I was just like, ‘I need to go home’. I loved South America but I hate staying in one place for too long. We were supposed to be there for five days, turned into two weeks and I was just, like, I need to go home.”

The fatal incident occurred on October 16, shortly after personnel at the upscale Casa Sur Palermo hotel alerted emergency services of a male guest at risk of harming himself due to alleged intoxication with alcohol and substances. It is reported that Liam plummeted from his balcony at 5.04 pm local time, and despite an ambulance arriving swiftly at 5.11pm, he was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
