More than 70 million people eat at McDonald’s daily, but they don’t serve all their customers the same menu.
This has led a fast-food enthusiast to reveal where to find “the best McDonald’s burger in the world” on TikTok, sparking excitement among viewers.
The user @imsparkzz taste-tested Japan’s Samurai Mac, which boasts three thick soy sauce beef patties, triple cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and a poppy seed bun. He exclaimed: “Listen to me when I say this is the best McDonald’s burger in the world.”
But his praise didn’t stop there; he was equally taken with the Ebi Filet, likening it to a prawn-based Filet-O-Fish, and hailed it as ‘goated’. The Teriyaki Chicken burger also impressed him, urging: “These things come juiced up, look at that. You gotta come try this.”
Social media users responded with envy and admiration. One said: “Japanese McDonald’s looks so good.” While another reflected on the quality difference, saying: “The older I get, the more I realise the McDs in the UK are shocking.” Others agreed, with comments like “Japanese McDonald’s is elite.”
There was also excitement over the prawn substitution, as one person wrote: “Pardon me? Instead of fish it’s prawns! This buzz coincides with McDonald’s UK unveiling its Christmas menu, featuring a new cheesy burger and a festive pie. McDonald’s is set to launch its festive menu across the UK on Wednesday, November 20. The fast food giant will be offering a range of limited edition items for six weeks over the Christmas period.
This year, McDonald’s has combined its classic pie with Terry’s Chocolate Orange to create a crispy chocolate pastry filled with a Terry’s Chocolate Orange flavoured chocolate ganache. The Terry’s Chocolate Orange McFlurry and the Galaxy Caramel McFlurry are also making a comeback, along with two hot drinks – the Galaxy Caramel Latte and Galaxy Caramel Hot Chocolate.
For those looking to try something new, McDonald’s has introduced the Cheesy McCrispy, a burger featuring a 100% chicken breast fillet in a crispy coating, served with lettuce, crispy onions, pink pickled onion chutney, bacon, two slices of cheese, and cheese sauce. Other burgers returning include the Big Tasty and Big Tasty (with Bacon).
The Christmas menu will also feature Cheese Melt Dippers with Rich Tomato Sauce, which are breaded cheese dippers made with Camembert and served with a tomato dip, available as a sharebox.
