With just one day left until the Big Brother 2024 final, the last six contestants are gearing up to leave the UK’s most notorious abode and venture back into the real world.

During the second-last episode, the housemates were seen delving into past discussions rumoured to have taken place during a fire alarm evacuation at the series’ start.

Fans, glued to the unravelling drama, flocked to X, known earlier as Twitter, beseeching ITV to release the undisclosed clips from the incident.

One viewer aired their curiosity online: “Wish we actually had the footage of everything that happened during this fire alarm lmao #bbuk.”

Another follower questioned the delayed reveal: “Wait so there was something else that was said during the fire alarm evacuation and we’re only just finding out now?! #bbuk”, reports the Manchester Evening News.

A different user demanded more insight: “why has everything been happening in this fire drill??? ROLL THE FIRE ALARM CAM FOOTAGE NOW #BBUK.”

Sharing their feelings of betrayal, another commented: “The cruel fire alarm saga continues. The fire alarm was the MAIN event and defined the rest of the series #BBUK”.

Confusion seeped through another fan’s post: “Wait guys what was said about the fire alarm??? I missed that bit #BBUK.”

One more added their voice to the clamour: “WTH is this fire alarm?! When did it happen and what else was revealed during it #BBUK.” (sic).

The episode on Tuesday night brought more shock as two more contenders were harshly cut close to the finale.

It surfaced that both Sarah and Thomas had not garnered sufficient votes, compelling them to make their premature departure from the UK’s most infamous residence.

The vault was once again opened and Sarah, Thomas, Segun and Nathan were called inside, with the remaining housemates tasked with predicting which two would be evicted.

Their correct guess ensured they didn’t lose £10,000, keeping the prize fund steady at £90,000.

Baked Potato also bid farewell to the house this week during Monday’s episode, marking a sad goodbye to her partner Nathan.

Ali, Hanah, Segun, Marcello, Emma and Nathan are set to compete in Friday’s finale, with one lucky housemate walking away with the full cash prize and the title of Big Brother 2024 winner.

Big Brother airs tomorrow night at ITV1 and ITVX.
