Loose Women’s Jane Moore has received a disappointing prediction just hours before the launch of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
On Sunday night, audiences will watch as Jane and her fellow contestants make their way into the Australian camp for the first time.
Even though the show hasn’t started yet, bookmakers have been offering their forecasts on who will emerge victorious in the ITV series – and it doesn’t bode well for Jane, who is currently trailing with odds of 50/1.
Not far behind are Melvin Odoom at 20/1 and Richard Coles at 22/1. However, Danny Jones is leading the pack as the favourite to be named King of the Jungle.
As the celebrities were spotted arriving in Australia this week, the McFly frontman is currently tipped at 9/4 to win the title, potentially securing his second reality show victory of the year after triumphing in The Masked Singer earlier in 2024.
Following closely are Coronation Street’s Alan Halsall, known for his role as Tyrone Dobbs, and Loose Women star and TikTok influencer GK Barry, both pegged at 6/1.
Although not officially confirmed, Love Island’s Maura Higgins is also a 6/1 contender, fuelling rumours that she and Reverend Richard Coles (22/1) might join the camp late.
Mike Reading, spokesperson at Betway, commented: “I’m A Celebrity is renowned for gathering a mix of reality stars, soap actors, athletes, and big personalities, and this year’s lineup appears to follow suit.
“McFly seem to have the magic touch when it comes to reality TV, with bassist Dougie Poynter taking home the jungle crown in 2011, and drummer Harry Judd snagging the Strictly Come Dancing Glitterball Trophy the same year.
“Both GK Barry and Maura Higgins are known for their humour and outspoken opinions, and with Maura dating Pete Wicks – could he be celebrating the win of someone else close to him, after best pal Sam Thompson was crowned King of the Jungle last year?”
Jane is not only the least favourite to win, but she’s also been tipped by Bonus Finder as the first celebrity to quit the ITV series hosted by Ant and Dec.
Jane has odds of 8/15 of quitting because she “doesn’t have what it takes to face the trials and tribulations of Down Under.”
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! returns on Sunday at 9pm on ITV.
