Original first man of the Eras Tour, Paul Mescal, hard launched his relationship with tour opener Gracie Abrams at the premiere of “Gladiator II” on Monday night.
Abrams, 25, accompanied the 28-year-old Oscar nominee at the L.A. event for the Mescal-starring sequel, People reports.
Though the couple didn’t walk the red carpet together, they reportedly got cozy at the afterparty for the film, which hits theaters Friday.
Rumors about the two “hanging out/dating” initially made waves in October 2023, when a blind item was sent to celebrity gossip site DeuxMoi. However, it wasn’t until this June that the pair was officially linked.
In the wake of speculation that Mescal might be dating Ayo Edebiri or newly single Natalie Portman, TMZ published photos of the “Normal People” star and Abrams out to dinner in London. They’ve since been seen out and about and Mescal even supported Abrams when she opened for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour stop in Miami last month.
Abrams served as Swift’s opening act for about a dozen of her shows in 2023. The musicians released the collaboration “us.” in June of this year, just days before the Mescal photos were published.
Prior to Abrams, Mescal dated Phoebe Bridgers, another 2023 Eras Tour opener, for roughly two years before splitting in late 2022.
